Welcome to your weekly news update for retro pop culture headlines, the Recurrent Events! October is here and with it, cooler weather and the countdown to Halloween. I've got some reviews, giveaways, and special articles already planned for this month.

More reboots announced this week including Dynasty and Molly Ringwald bringing Terms of Endearment to the stage. I think my favorite story this week is Fast and Furious direct Justin Lin making a live-action Hot Wheels movie. That's going to be insane!
