While the museum's social media page was ripe for jokes and such, the suspected replica had the equal replica California vanity plate K.I.T.T. However, how the NYC Department of Finance made the connection to cite the Vovo Museum rather than a fan likely based in the tri-state area is the investigative question that needs an answer.
