Via InsideRadio.com, an announcement has been made for the 2025 Radio Hall of Fame nominations into the Museum of Broadcast Communications. A few 1980s names are present, thus why we chose to publish the news to our beloved '80s and GenX readers.
The nominations are as follows:

- Funkmaster Flex
- Joey Reynolds

- John Kobylt & Ken Chiampou (The John & Ken Show)
- Kevin Matthews
- Kid Leo
- Larry Elder
- Laurie De Young
- Mark “Hawkeye” Louis
- Martha Quinn
- Mojo in the Morning

These nominations are radio broadcast personalities in which were named and compiled by the nominating committee within input via professional broadcasters and the listeners.
Out of the 24, six will be chosen via confidential ballots between May 27 and June 16, 2025, administered by Votem.com, while two other honorees will be hand-selected by the Nominating Committee.
Announcement of the 2025 Radio Hall of Fame inductees will be on June 30, 2025 with a following induction ceremony held at the Swissotel in Chicago, IL on October 30, 2025.
