"I'm not a doctor, but I play one on TV," Chris Robinson passed away on June 9, 2025 at the age of 86. He's best remembered for delivering the aforementioned line in a Vicks formula 44 cough syrup commercial as well as his roll in the soap opera General Hospital as Dr. Rick Webber. His film and acting career began in the 1960s in television as a guest in 77 Sunset Strip, Death Valley Days, and others before securing a regular role as Sgt. Alexander "Sandy" Komansky in 12 O'Clock High. His final role was in 2022 wherein he appeared in an independent film Just for a Week.
