Robert Carradine passed away on February 23, 2026 at the age of 71, by way of suicide due to his continued battle with bipolar disorder.
Born on March 24, 1954 in Los Angeles, CA, Robert joined the entertainment family business with his parents, actors John Carradine and Sonia Sorei, his brothers, actors Keith and David Carradine, and brother, Disney Imagineer, Christopher Carradine.
Robert landed early roles as a child actor, working with John Wayne in The Cowboys and other early films including Main Street and Coming Home. It wasn't until 1984 where he landed the famed role as Lewis Skolnick in The Revenge of the Nerds reprising his role in the three subsequent films, Nerds in Paradise,The Next Generation, and Nerds in Love, with his squirky "nerd laugh."
