Officially announced on "American Idol" on April 13, 2026, the inductees to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will be:

• Billy Idol
• Iron Maiden
• Joy Division/New Order
• Luther Vandross
• Oasis
• Phil Collins
• Queen Latifah
• Sade
• Wu-Tang Clan

November 14, 2026 at the Peacock Theater located in Los Angeles, CA is when the induction will occur with an television air date in December via ABC and Disney+.

Earlier this year, additional nominees were provided however they fell short were as follows:
