RD80s News: Brenda Fricker Passes at 81

Actress Brenda Fricker has passed away at the age of 81.

Many will remember her iconic "pigeon lady" role in Home Alone 2 in 1992.  However, she had a steady roll in BBC's Casualty from 1986-2010 as Megan Roach.  She also had roles in So I Married An Axe Murderer, A Time To Kill, and My Left Foot.

Born and raised in Clearfield, on the back roads is where I spent most of my days. Chillin' at Beef's or snackin' at Sheetz, with a couple of guys that were always good. We never caused trouble in the neighborhood. Spotting for deer never made us scared, but the fear of running out of gas made us get back there. I pulled 180s and donuts, while my friends and family think I'm nuts. All in all, it's hip to be square.
