Singer, Entrepreneur, and Actress Dolly Parton passed away on August 25, 2026 following medical admittance.
Born on January 19, 1946, Dolly Parton was a world renowned celebrity as the world is morning her passing upon the news being announced via an Instagram by her nephew Bryan Seaver.
She is known for her generosity as well as she donated $1,000 a month to the families in Tennessee that were struck by the 2016 wildfires along the Smokey Mountains and through Imagination Library where she donated books to children up to 5 years old. In addition, she launched the Dollywood Foundation in Sevier County, TN to reduce the high school drop out rates and increase literacy by donating $500 to every 7th and 8th grader who finished high school.
