Welcome to your weekly source for retro pop culture news, the Recurrent Events! It's April Fool's Day, but it's no joke that there were some great reunions and anniversaries this week as you'll see. RD80s hit a milestone on Tumblr this week with 15,000 followers! Thanks to everyone who shares in the fun over there.

I also wanted to take a minute to wish my close friend and RD80s contributor Wyatt Bloom a big congrats on the birth of his 2nd child! Mother and baby are in good health!

The Video of the Week should come as no surprise to anyone who knows me or caught my reaction on social media. The NeverEnding Story reunion that was put together by Spotify was beyond rad.
