Actor Donald Gibb passed away on May 12, 2026 with his family at his side at the age of 71. His family noted that he was a Christian and sought the prayers for comfort and privacy at this time.

The unmistakable actor entered the screens in 1980 in the movie Any Which Way You Can, then in Stripes the following year and subsequently appeared in numerous television shows and movies throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Many GenX fans easily recognize him as Frederick Palowski from the movie The Revenge of the Nerds.
