Actress Anna Shedeen has passed away on June 14, 2026 at the age of 77.

Born in Portland, Oregon, Anna studied drama at the Portland Civic Theatre. She had a short performance tour in Hawaii, performing in a dinner theater before moving to New York City to continue pursuing her acting career. Eventually, she did move to L.A. working in television series such as The Six Million Dollar Man, The Bionic Woman, Marcus Welby M.D., The Incredible Hulk, and several others before landing her most notable and iconic role as Kate Tanner on Alf.
Following her career on Alf, she appeared in Judging Amy and Tiny Nuts.
