Retro Con has announced a late addition to their guest list: WWE Wrestling Hall of Famer “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan! A true red-blooded American, this tough but lovable big guy always marched to the ring with a 2×4 slung over his shoulder and a red white & blue flag gripped tightly in his hand. Duggan would always get the crowd behind him by inspiring massive chants of “U.S.A.! U.S.A.!” that would shake the rafters and intimidate his opponents.
On the scene for four decades, Hacksaw is one of the most recognizable superstars in the wrestling world. He was the winner of the very first WWF Royal Rumble in 1988, won the WCW’s United States Championship in 1994, and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2011!
Hacksaw Jim Duggan will be at Retro Con both Saturday and Sunday. You can find him and all of our guests in the guest section in back of the hall! He joins the previously announced Retro Con 2019 guest list of Gil Gerard, Melendy Britt, Robbie Rist, Felix Silla, Tim Clarke, and David Kaye. Retro Con 2019 is September 14-15 at the Greater Philly Expo Center in Oaks, PA. Vendor tables are SOLD OUT! Weekend passes are available at the Retrocons.com website. Show hours are 10am-5:30pm on Saturday and 9am-4pm on Sunday. Weekend passes are $25 in advance with at-the-door admission also available (kids 12 and under are free with paying adult.)
